History & Vision
The Center for Creative Resources (CCR) was founded in 2003 by Victor Gotesman and Noel Hayashi, and grew out of their mutual passion for the arts and a belief that the creation of art is not a choice for artists, but a necessity. They recognize the power of the arts and the artists’ ability to make the world a more beautiful and enlightened place.
Having spent the last thirty years working professionally as arts administrators, Victor and Noel believe that there is an inextricable connection between the Artist, the Creative Process, the Presentation, the Marketing, the Funding, and the Audience. One component cannot exist without the others.
With that in mind, The Center was created as a full-service arts management firm, dedicated to helping artists and arts organizations realize their creative goals and enabling them to connect with their audiences. CCR strives to be the conduit through which lives are transformed by the arts.
